OVERVIEW

FACILITIES

Kolobe is an original camp of Shikwaru Lodge, dating all the way back to the early sixties. These A-frame chalets were built from rocks found in the mountain on the farm, in an intimate bush setting with outstanding views of the Waterberg mountains. Kolobe is a true gem with a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere.

Kolobe is the ideal get-away for a large family or groups of friends. With two sleeping chalets, a fully equipped communal kitchen and dinning chalet, a splash pool and a braai/boma area - Kolobe is a fully self catering camp. Each chalet is set up to sleep for people, two people in the lower level, and two in a ladder set loft space that is ideal for children/teens.

The communal braai area provides the perfect setting for an evening spent around the fire with family or friends. During the winter time, a fireplace is awaiting you in the main lounge/dining area in the main kitchen/dinning chalet. However, the splash pool provides quick refreshment on hot summer days.

Kolobe is not equipped with WIFI facilities and there is no cellphone coverage at this camp. This camp requires high clearance vehicles for safer access.

Kolobe is only available to book out as a full camp - individual chalet bookings are not allowed.

Kolobe camp is R1800 per night.

Maximum of 8 people sharing.

These rates include all the Kolobe camp facilities, and these facilities are exclusively reserved for Kolobe guests only. These rates also includes access to the communal areas and activities within the main camp.

Rates are subject to change - Final prices will be according to quote made upon inquiry.
